1. Standard eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the license has not been activated or used, no offline activation code has been generated, and no included Cloud Sync credit or other consumable service has been used.
2. Issues we will review separately
- Duplicate or clearly incorrect charges.
- A paid order that was not delivered and cannot be restored promptly.
- A reproducible, material product defect that prevents the documented core function and cannot be resolved through a reasonable support process.
- A purchase that applicable consumer law requires us to refund.
3. Normally non-refundable
- Licenses that have been activated, shared, transferred or used to generate an offline activation code.
- Requests made after 14 calendar days, unless required by law or covered by a qualifying delivery or defect issue.
- Change-of-mind requests after digital delivery and use.
- Consumed Cloud Sync traffic, top-ups or other metered services.
- Losses caused by unsupported hardware, operating systems, third-party services, or use outside the published product requirements.
4. How to request a refund
Contact bill@alithon.com or use the Contact page. Include the order number, purchaser email, payment channel, purchase date and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card details.
5. Review and payment timing
We normally respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
When a refund is issued, the related license and unused service entitlement may be disabled.
6. Payment disputes and local law
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery or billing records. This policy does not reduce any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
